Product Description

In today’s world, products and packaging is required to go through an extensive amount of testing before reaching the end user. Often, many products are subjected to a specific test standard that requires the shock test. The Shock Testing Machine is used to conduct such tests, due to its ability to produce drop impacts that are controlled, reproducible and accurate. We, at Dynamic Environmental Solutions Pvt. Ltd, provide the clients with the reliable Shock Testing Machines. We are considered as one of the well-recognized Shock Testing Machine Manufacturers and Suppliers in India. Our Shock Testing Machine is available in different sizes depending upon customer’s testing requirements. Table extenders may be provided to increase table size. These Shock Testing Machines produce a shock pulse in the vertical direction using compressed air to force the carriage to impact on the machine base. Rubber pads are used between the platform and the base in the impact area to produce half-sine pulses.

The design of the programmers affect the time duration of the pulse while the air pressure and drop height are used to accelerate the carriage to determine the magnitude of the shock pulse. The basic structure of the Shock Testing Machine is made of heavy steel which will not deteriorate under repeated shocks. This structure contains sufficient mass so that no additional ballast will be required. The structure is supported on four passive air springs with dampers to isolate the shock from the floor. The test item is mounted to a solid platform with heavy duty steel inserts in the top surface.

The platform of Shock Testing Machine is supported and guided by the lifting and driving piston rod. Friction brakes are used as a rebound brake and as a quick release device. A microprocessor control is available to provide a single point for shock machine set up. The controls for the machine are mounted in a control panel on the front of the machine.

Shock With Confidence
Our series of mechanical & Pneumatic Shock Machines are used in the design of rugged products. These machines produces half-sine, sawtooth, and square wave pulses meeting military (MIL-STD, JSS 55555) and industrial (ASTM, ISO) specifications, as well as other specified test requirements.

PC Based Instrumentation System
PC based instrument that will instantly provide vital vibratory information including Acceleration, Displacement, Frequency and Velocity readout. Furthermore, specimen and shaker protection are supplied with over and under "g" limits which may shut down the machine upon activation. The monitor contains these functions in a Controller Card which is situated in a PC. The accelerometer is interfaced which is attached to the Controller Card. No accelerometer pre-conditioner or other laboratory instruments are required. Confidence and protection of the test specimen are assured while vibration testing.

Features
  • Test System platform is a massive, solid aluminum casting machined to precision flatness. This ensures that the platform has no resonant frequencies within the machine’s operating range
  • Specimens are firmly anchored to the mounting surface, which is equipped with numerous tapped holes machined to close tolerances. Each hole is strengthened with stainless steel inserts
  • Fail-safe rebound brakes on every system incorporate a fail-safe design requiring no auxiliary air or electrical services. The brake arrests the carriage after rebound, prevents secondary impacts, and maintains it in a fail-safe position during the hoisting cycle
  • No special foundation is needed. A solid steel reaction mass is isolated from the floor by heavy-duty springs and shock absorbers. This unique feature prevents transmission of shock waves created by the platform impact, and is standard on all models
  • Complies with MIL-STD, IEC, JSS and other internationally recognized test standards
